Data Deletion Instructions

Syncc provides users with full control over their data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, including data obtained through Facebook or other social logins, you can do so easily through the app or by contacting our support team.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly within the Syncc app:

  1. Open the Syncc app on your device.
  2. Navigate to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap the Settings icon.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to support@syncc.in from the email address associated with your account or social login.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your registered phone number or associated social login email to help us identify your account.
  4. Our support team will process your request and securely delete all your data within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our active servers:

  • Your profile information, bio, and photos.
  • Your location data and proximity history.
  • Your connections, matches, and chat history.
  • Any data received from third-party login providers (like Facebook, Google, or Apple).
